基于PS/PAA两嵌段共聚物组装行为的银纳米粒子的制备

摘要 研究了两亲性嵌段共聚物聚苯乙烯-b-聚丙烯酸(PS-b-PAA)的胶束化行为,探讨了胶束对A gNO3的增溶作用以及胶束内A gNO3的还原反应。结果表明:PS-b-PAA在二甲苯中可以形成直径在40 nm^100 nm之间的胶束;PS-b-PAA胶束对A gNO3具有明显的增溶作用,但胶束溶液对A gNO3的溶解能力较弱,络合银的羧酸基团占总羧酸基团的7.4%。还原剂的用量及胶束内A gNO3的渗入量是影响胶束内银纳米粒子生成及形态的重要因素,随着还原剂加入量的增多,胶束中生成的银粒子尺寸减小,每个胶束中出现多个纳米粒子。 Poly (styrene)-b-poly (tert-butyl acrylate) was prepared by atom transfer radical polymerization and hydrolyzed to get the amphiphilic diblock copolymer p (styrene)-b-p (acrylic acid) that could associated to form micelles in xylene. The results of DLLS and TEM show that the diameters of the micelles ranges from 40 nm to 100 nm. The micelle solution could be used as a template to prepare silver nanoparticles and the carry degree of PAA to AgNO3 is 7. 4%. It is found that the morphology of silver nanoparticles can be controlled by regulating the quantity of reducing agent and AgNO3. The diameter of the silver particles in one micelle becomes smaller and the quantity increases with increasing the level of the reducing agent.
