牙本质牙髓复合体体内、体外形成机制研究的最终目的是应用于临床牙病的治疗。本文在对前述研究文献综述的基础上,简要介绍应用生物活性分子或干细胞进行活髓保存治疗的临床应用策略,分析了应用前景,并提出了应用需要解决的问题。

The ultimate goal of researches on formation of dentin - pulp complex in vivo and in vitro is for novel restorative treatment in clinical dentistry. Basis on the previous reviews, this paper briefly shows some new clinical strategies for vital pulp therapy with bio - active molecular or stem cells, demonstrates the promising use, and raises the fundamental questions still to be addressed.
