摘要
利用苏云金杆菌和棉铃虫 NPV 病毒加适量助剂进行复配,制成的生物杀虫剂——菌毒畏,田间使用防治抗性棉铃虫总有效率95%以上,幼虫死亡高峰较一般生物杀虫剂提前12~15小时,停药后10天调查和翌年挖蛹观察后效作用明显,有利于天敌繁衍,对人畜安全。菌毒畏是一种较好的防治抗性棉铃虫的新农药。
Field application of Junduwei,a mixture of Bacillus thuringiensis and nuclear polyhedrosis virus(HaNPV),developed by the authors,was conducted in Binzhou, Shandong against cotton bollworm.The general efficacy was more than 950%.The death peak time of the larvae appeared 12-15 h earlier than that of the ordinary bio- logical insecticides.Observations made ten days after treatment and that of next year on pupal mortality were also significant.It has no side-effect to the natural enemies and the environment as a whole.
