36-1菌对植物病原真菌的拮抗性

THE ANTIFUNGAL ACTIVITIES OF THE FUNGUS 36-1 TO SEVERAL PLANT PATHOGENS

平板共生培养测定表明,36-1菌对供试的8种植物病原真菌均有不同程度的拮抗性,其中含36-1菌活菌体液剂对玉米小斑病菌、小麦赤霉病菌、黄瓜炭疽病菌、棉花枯萎病菌和水稻恶苗病菌菌丝生长抑制率依次为80.22%、80.50%、77.75%、75.30%、61.38%;处理柑桔(脐橙)病果,对果面青、绿霉病斑扩展的抑制率为65.97%;批量处理柑桔(桃叶橙),室温贮存90天,好果率为78.44%,比对照高54.44%。盆栽防治棉花枯萎病结果表明,含36-1菌活菌体液剂和灭活菌体液剂分别比对照的病情指数降低20.73和24.24,病害减轻为54.80%和71.11%。

In plate test,80.22%,80.51%,77.75%,75.30%,61.38% inhibition rates to Helminthosporium maydis,Fusarium graminearurn,Colletotrichurn lagenarium, F.oxysporum f.sp.vasinfectum and F.moniliforme were found respectively by the fungus 36-1 containing living fungal cells.Its inhibition rates to blue mold blotch and green mold blotch expanding on citrus fruit were 65.97%.Also there were 78.44 healthy fruit 90 d after treatment ,which was 54.44% higher than that of the cheek.Damage to plants by cotton fusarium wilt had been decreased 54.80% and 71.11% respectively by using the fungus containing living fungal cells and cells killed by heat.
