摘要
在评价捕食作用的诸多实验方法中,以高灵敏度和特异性强的酶联免疫吸附试验最有应用前景。它主要包括抗原的提取、抗血清的制备、捕食者的采集与保存、酶联抗体的制备和检测等步骤。其中高效价、特异性强的抗血清的制备是成功的关键。文中也分析了该方法的优缺点和有待进一步研究的问题,并结合实际阐述了试验所得的阳性反应率在定量评价捕食作用上的具体应用。
The present paper gives first a brief review of serological tests used in studying prey-predator relationships.Enzyme-linked immunosorhent assay(ELISA)is the most useful.ELISA mainly included 5 steps.The first step is the collection,storage and preparation of antigen,and then are the production of a specific antiserum with a high titre,the collection and preparation of predators,the preparation of enzyme- linked antibody and the test by ELISA.The production of specific antiserum with a high titre is the key step.The advantages,limitations and possible further research of ELISA were discussed.As an example,the predation by Umrneliata insecticeps on rice planthoppers(Nilaparvata lugens)was quantitatively evaluated.
