摘要
粘虫MythimnaseparataWalker蛾翅硬化后能飞翔,随蛾龄增长翅振频率逐渐增加,4、5日龄达到最高值,雌、雄个体分别平均为(47.91±1.50)Hz和(47.58±1.92)Hz;粘虫飞翔的适宜温度为11~30℃,最适温度在17℃左右,23~26℃时翅振频率较高,但持续时间较17℃短;翅振频率与补充营养关系密切,碳水化合物是粘虫蛾维持较高翅振频率和较长持续时间所必需的补充营养;气流的大小、方向显著影响粘虫娥的翅振频率和飞翔状态,在逆风状态时翅振频率最高,在逆风速为2m/s时飞行状态最稳定。
The wingbeat frequency and flight behavior of the
armyworm moth Mythimna separata Walker were studied in the laboratory by using PFs-1
stroboscope, The result wasshowed as follows:①The moths could fly once their wings had
solidified. Their wingbeat frequen-cies changed as the moths’ages increased,and reached the
maximum 4 or 5 days after their emer-gence,The maximum frequency of average were(47. 91
±1.50)Hz in females and(47.58±1.92)Hz in males respectively;②The suitable temperature
for the flight was from 11℃ to 30 ℃,withoptimum at about 17 ℃. The moths flapped their wings
more frequently at 23~26℃,however thelasting time less than that at 17 ℃;③The wingbeat
frequencies and flight behavior of the mothswere affected by the supplemental nutrition,the
carbohydrate was necessary for the moths to keeptheir higher wingbeat frequencies and longer
lasting time;④Current had great influence on thewingbeat frequencies and the flying behavior
of the moths. In the wind tunnel,the bighest wing-beat frequency was recorded when the moths
flew against the wind,and they flew most steadilywhen the wind speed was about 2 m/s.
