浙江省早籼稻近期区试品种（系）外观品质研究

Analysis of apparent qualities of early season indica rice varieties tested recently in regional trails of Zhejiaug proviuce

对区试中多品种（系）、多年、非平衡、无重复分析值的早籼稻外观品质性状数据，用作者提出的模型作了分析。结果表明，“八五”期间参试的早籼稻品种（系）垩白率、垩白面积、透明度较“七五”参试品种有所改善。但多数品种这３项外观品质及籽粒形状仍达不到优质米标准。各外观品质性状的改良，首先应注意品种的主效。参试品种中有８７．５％其垩白率＞９０％，选育长宽比值大的品种（细粒）有利于降低垩白率，不同熟期品种间外观品质无显著差异。

The apparent qualities of early season indica rice varieties tested in regional trial ofZhejiang Province were analyzed with the model established by the author for the data unbalanced,unreplicated derived from multivariety,multiyear trials. The results show that the chalkness ratio,chalkness area of the grains and the grain transparency of the varieties tested in the provincial trailsin the “eighth five-year plan” period were much improved comparing with that in the“seventh five-year plan ”period.However,for most of the varieties tested,all these three traits as well as grainshape still could not meet the standards of good quality rice. In order to improve the apparent grainqualities major variety effects are the key factors to be considere .87.5%of the varieties testedhad chalkness rate over 90%,Selection for high value of the ratio of grain length to width may fa-cilitate reducing chalkness rate. The apparent qualities of the varieties with different maturitieswere not significantly different.
