摘要
对一段磨后浆的最佳H2O2漂白条件及各种漂白化学品的作用效果进行了实验研究,结果表明,添加Na2SiO3的效果突出,DTPA的作用较小,MgSO4对漂白无贡献;用Mg(OH)2替代NaOH,漂后浆白度稍有降低,但对降低漂后浆的阴离子垃圾作用显著。
This paper discusses the optimum H2O2 bleaching condition and the effect of various bleaching agents for the Italian Poplar APMP pulp, which is fi'om the primary stage refiner. The results indicate that: sodium silicate is proved to be an effective bleaching agent, whereas the effect of DTPA is mild, and the contribution of magnesium sulfate can be ignored. Replacing sodium hydroxide with magnesium hydroxide, brightness of the bleached pulp decreases slightly; but anionic trash in the bleached pulp is reduced to a great extent.
