摘要
研究比较了碱性脂肪酶法脱墨废水和化学法脱墨废水的污染负荷,探讨了两种脱墨废水经多次循环使用后各种负荷指标的累积情况,用PAC和PAM配合使用对脂肪酶法脱墨废水进行了一级物化处理,并在相同条件下与化学法脱墨废水的处理效果进行了比较。结果表明,脂肪酶法脱墨废水的各项指标都远远小于化学法脱墨废水;经过循环使用后,脂肪酶法脱墨废水各项指标的累积情况远远小于化学法脱墨废水;PAC和PAM配合使用进行一级物化处理时,脂肪酶法脱墨废水比化学法脱墨废水更易进行处理。
The paper studied the characteristics and pollution loads of the enzymatic and chemical deinking effluent, the cumulative pollutant of deinking effluent which is recycled several times. The effluent was treated with coagulants PAC and PAM, and the optimum treatment condition was found. The results showed that the alkali lipase deinking effluent had lower pollution loads and could be treated easier than the chemical deinking effluent.
