摘要
记述了寄生于广东海洋鱼类紫红笛鲷Lutjanusargentimaculatus(Forskal)和黑鲷Sparusmacrocephalus(Basilewsky)鳃上的宽海盘虫属EuryhaliotremaKritsky&Boeger,2002一新种,新种笛鲷宽海盘虫Eruyhaliotremalutjanisp.nov.的中央大钩与联结片的形状相似于Euryhaliotremacarbunculus(Hargis,1955)Kritsky&Boeger,2002和广东宽海盘虫EuryhaliotremaguangdongensisLietal.,2005,但交接管形状及量度不同,同时支持器的形状与已知种差别较大。
This paper described one new species of the genus Euryhaliotrema Kritsky & Boeger, 2002, parasiting in the gills of Lutjanus argentimaculatus (Forskal) and Sparus macrocephalus. The specimens are deposited in School of Biological Science Guangzhou University. All measurements are in micrometer.
Euryhaliotrema lutjani sp. nov. (Figs. 1-4)
Medium Euryhaliotrema, (480-624) × (82-125) in size. Pharynx elliptic, (27-35) × (31-35) in size. Gut crura uniting without diverticula.
Opisthohapter (70-74) × (113-117) in size. There are two pairs central hamuli, two connective bars and seven pairs marginal hooklets, marginal booklets embryonic, 15-16 in length. Dorsal central hamuli 27-29 in total length, basal portion 19-24, point 11-12, inner root 6-7, outer root 1-2. Ventral central hamuli 32 in total point 11-14, inner root length, basal portion 21-22, 11, outer root 2. Dorsal connective bar (44-47) × 3 in size; ventral connective bar (35-39) × 3.
Testis long ellipse, 119×48 (n = 1) in size. Vas deferens arising from anterior margin of testis, encircling left gut crus, enlarging into fusiform seminal vesicle, opening in the base of copulatory tube. Copulatory tube is spiral, encircling 1-2 loops on the anterior part, and coiling on the posterior part, 78-98 long, on the basal portion of copulatory tube with a bulbous base, (7-9) × (6-8) in size, Supporting apparatus piece-shaped, the end is concave deeply, 16-21 in long. Ovary 48×33 (n = 1) in size, vagina opening on the right margin of body.
Remarks. This species is similar to Euryhaliotrema guangdongensis Li et al. , 2005 and Euryhaliotrema carbunculus ( Hargis, 1955 ) Kritsky et Boeger, 2002 in the shape of central hamuli and connective bar, but differs from the latter in the shape and measurement of copulatory tube, the copulatory tube of three species is all spiral, encircling 1-2 loops on the anterior part and coiling on the posterior part in the former, with 8-9 loops in the E. guangdongensis and only with 2 loops in the E. carbunculus. The most important difference is that the shape of supporting apparatus in new species is obviously different from those of the known species and the measurement of supporting apparatus of the new species is only that of E. guangdongensis by 1/2.
