摘要
实验采用高压再结晶方法对冷轧15钢进行处理,使用TEM法观察和分析样品的组织形貌,并测量了再结晶晶粒尺寸。结果表明,样品分别在高压3 GPa和4.5 GPa下经600℃×30 min退火,比在常压下600℃×30min退火的再结晶晶粒明显细化。随着压力的升高,晶粒尺寸减小。并初步讨论了高压再结晶的机制。
The cold-rolled 15 steel annealed under high pressure took place recrystallization in the experiment. The microstructures of the samples were observed and analyzed by TEM. The recrystal grain sizes were measured by intercept method. The results show that the recrystal grains of the samples annealed at 600 ℃ for 30 min at 3 GPa and 4.5 GPa are much finer than those annealed at ambient pressure. The recrystal grains become finer with the pressure increasing. The mechanism of the recrystallization under high pressure is primarily discussed.
