Dependence of Z-direction Section Shrinkage on Plastic Inclusion Level

通过对不同炉批的Q345B板坯在试验轧机上进行轧制,对塑性夹杂物级别与Z向断面收缩率(zψ)之间的关系进行了研究分析,指出塑性夹杂物的数量、大小和形态对钢的Z向断面收缩率起着决定性作用。

The Q345B slabs with different heats and batches were rolled in the test mill. The relationship of the level of plastic inclusions and the z-direction section shrinkage was also studied. The results showed that the quantity, size and shape of the plastic inclusions would play the decisive effect to the z-direction section shrinkage.
