摘要
用金相显微镜及X射线衍射仪对形变含稀土低碳钢热浸镀铝的镀层微观组织进行了分析,并探讨了其形成机制。结果表明,镀层中Fe2Al5相择优取向生长,其亚晶界呈平行条状。Al的扩散激活能为155.22 kJ/mol。并初步分析了形变对热浸镀铝镀层组织的影响及添加稀土的作用。
The microstructure of hot-dip aluminum coat of deformed low-carbon steel containing RE has been analyzed by metallography microscopy and XRD, and the forming mechanism has also been discussed. The results show that the Fe2Al5 phase grows a strong orientation, whose subcrystal boundaries appears in parallel linear. And the spread activation energy of Al is 155. 22 kJ/mol. In addition, the effects of deformation on coating microstructure of hot-dip aluminum and the function of RE are preliminary analyzed.
