摘要
利用扫描电镜、能谱仪以及金相显微镜对钢板拉伸断口形貌、夹杂物和显微组织进行观察和分析,研究Q345qE钢板探伤不合格的原因。结果表明,板厚中心存在着硫化物、微量元素偏聚及贝氏体带状组织。在热应力、组织应力和有害元素偏聚的联合作用下,引起内部裂纹的形成,导致Q345qE钢板探伤不合格。
The tensile fracture morphology ,inclusions and microstructure were studied by means of SEM,EDS and microscopes to find the reasons for defects in flow detection of Q345qE. The results showed that there are MnS, aggregation of trace elements and banded bainite in the center of the plate. The inner cracks are caused by heat stress,structrural stress and aggregationo of harmful elements,which cause the defects in flow detection.
