摘要
通过对窑体材质进行力学性能、化学成分、金相组织、断口分析、产物分析以及宏观检测等,发现窑体失效(剥落、开裂)的主要原因是钢板使用温度过高,焊缝存在未熔合等焊接质量缺陷。
The mechanical property, composition, metallographic structure, fracture and formation of the body material for rotary kiln were analyzed and macr-examinated. The results showed that the over-high service temperature and the welding defect（such as un-fused weld）can result in the body falilure（spalling or cracking）
