摘要
目的研究姬松茸菌孢多糖对人胃癌SGC-7901细胞裸鼠移植瘤p53基因蛋白表达的影响。方法采用SGC-7901胃癌细胞在BALB/C-nu/nu裸小鼠上进行造模,免疫组织化学方法检测p53基因蛋白表达水平。结果姬松茸菌孢多糖能显著下调突变型p53基因蛋白的表达水平。结论姬松茸菌孢多糖对突变性抗癌基因p53蛋白表达的影响是其抗肿瘤的作用机制之一。
Objective To study the influence of Agaricus blazei Murill spore Polysaccharide on the expression of transplanted tumor p53 gene in the nude rats transplanted from human gastro careinomaSGC - 7901. Method Make models in the ( BALB/C- nu) nude rats with gastro carcinoma cells SGC - 7901. Apply immuno - histo- chemistry method to examine the expression level of p53 gene protein. Results Agaricus blazei Murill spore Polysaccharide has the ability to lower the expression of mutant p53 gene protein. Conclusion The influence of Agaricus blazei Murill spore Polysaccharide on the protein expression of mutant gene p53 is one of the mechanics in prohibiting tumors.
