舟山市6～13岁儿童单纯性肥胖现状调查

Prevalence of Simple Obesity Among Children Aged 6-13 in Zhoushan

目的 了解浙江省舟山市6～13岁儿童单纯性肥胖的患病情况，以便对肥胖儿童实施有效干预提供依据。方法 对该地区3536名6-13岁儿童进行相关情况的问卷调查和身高、体重测量，并进行统计学分析。结果 舟山市6-13岁儿童肥胖检出率为4．3％，其中男童为4．9％，女童为3．6％，差异有统计学意义；同一地理环境、不同居住区域儿童肥胖检出率差异有统计学意义，城区、农区，渔区检出率分别为6.3％，2.6％，2．5％。结论 定期监测体重和身高的变化情况，指导家长及儿童建立健康的饮食和生活方式对预防儿童肥胖非常重要。预防儿童肥胖的重点应放在城市地区。

Objective To study the prevalence of children＇s simple obesity in Zhoushan City, and to provide evidence for the prevention measures. Methods A total of 3 536 children aged 6 - 13 were surveyed with a questionnaire, and their weight and height were measured. Results The prevalence rate of obesity was 4.3%, and which was 4.9% for boys and 3.6% for girls with statistical sigmificance. The prevalence of obesity varied in different habitation areas of the same geography environment, and the rate was 6.3 % for urban, 2.6 % for suburb and 2.5 % for fishing area. Condusion It is important to observe children＇s weight and height regularly and help children and parents forming correct dietary models.
