摘要
对抗性反应不同的水稻品种接种白叶枯病菌和细菌性条斑病菌幼苗叶片的多酚氧化酶(PPO)活性进行分析。结果表明:健康叶片的PPO活性存在一定的差异,但与品种的抗性无关;在接菌叶,抗病品种的酶活性与对照接近,个别品种增加明显,而感病品种酶活力明显下降。抗性反应不同品种接种白叶枯病菌后PPO的变化趋势不因土壤中N肥的变化而改变。同一品种对白叶枯病菌不同毒力菌株和两种病害的反应与品种和病原的表型特征有关。因此在抗病育种过程中,可将苗期叶片接菌后的PPO的变化,作为筛选水稻抗白叶枯病和细菌性条斑病的一个辅助生化指标。
The change of activity in rice seedling leaves infected by Xanthomonas campestris pv. orgzae or pv. oryzicola was studied with 11 different resistant rice varieties. The results showed that: polypheoloxidase (PPO) activity in healthy leaves showed some difference among varieties tested, however, there is no relation with the resistance of plant to the disease. In infected leaves,PPO activity of some resistant varieties was nearly same as that of control and the others increased significantly; while PPO activity of susceptible varieties decreased. The amount of nitrogen fertilizer in soil did not effect on the change tendency of PPO activity between resistant and susceptible varieties infected by X. c. pv. oryzae. The change of PPO activity in seedling leaves cross infected by different virulent strains of X. c. pv. oryzae or X. c. pv. oryzae and pv. oryzacola is relate to the resistance of varieties to the pathogen used. It is suggested that in rice breeding for bacterial leaf blight and leaf streak resistance,the change of PPO in seedling leaves infected by the pathogens may be used as an auxiliary biochemical index to select resistant material.
