摘要
采用鲜王浆和10-HDA溶液灌胃小鼠,观察和记录小鼠的增重与繁殖量。结果表明,每天灌胃0.1 mL鲜王浆的雌雄鼠,10 d和20 d后的平均体重都比对照组显著增加(P<0.05);而每天灌胃0.1 mL 10-HDA 208·L^(-1)溶液的雌雄鼠,与对照组相比体重无显著增加(P>0.05),另一项试验结果显示,灌胃鲜王浆和10-HDA溶液会加速小鼠的成熟,缩短雌鼠的产仔期,增加每只雌鼠的产仔量。
A definite amount of royal jelly and 10-HDA solution were instillated into rats, and the added weights and the number of offspring of rats were recorded. The results showed the added weights of female and male rats instillated with 0.1 mL royal jelly in ten and twenty days were significantly higher than those of control group (P<0.05), while 0.1 mL 10-HDA solution were no significant difference as compored with controt group (P>0.05). Another experiment suggested that instillation of royal jelly and 10-HDA solution could reduce the rats' pregnent periods and increase the offspring numbers.
