摘要
以尿素—对—二甲基氨基苯甲醛显色反应为指示反应,研究了醌氢醌(QHQ)抑制脲酶催化尿素水解反应的抑制动力学及其机理,建立了酶促抑制动力学光度法测定QHQ的新方法,最低检测限为1.8×10^(-9)mol·L^(-1),测定范围为0—1.2×10^(-6)mol·L^(-1),用于测定高纯乙醇溶液中微量QHQ,结果令人满意。
Trace urease-inhibitor quinhydrone can inhibit urea enzymatic hydrolytic reaction, and its inhibition kinetics and mechanism is proposed. A new enzymatic inhibition kinetic spectrophotometry method for determination of trace quinhydrone is obtained by urea and Pdimethylaminobenzaldehyde devoloping action. The sensitivity of the method is 1.8×10^(-9) tool·L^(-1), the range of determination is 0-1.2×10^(-6) mol·L^(-1) for quinhydrone. The method was applied to the determination of trace quinhydrone in high purity alcohol with satisfactory results.
