莱利康颗粒联合化疗对中晚期肺癌气虚证的研究

Study of Lailikang grain combined with chemotherapy on Qi deficiency patients with lung cancer in intermediate and advanced stage

目的观察莱利康颗粒对中晚期肺癌的辅助治疗作用。方法将70例中晚期肺癌气虚证患者,分为联合组(38例)予化疗(TP/CE方案)+莱利康颗粒;对照组(32例),仅予化疗(TP+CE方案)。结果与对照组相比,联合组气虚证症状(神疲乏力、呼吸气短、少气懒言、纳谷少馨及自汗等)以及近期客观有效率均有明显改善(P均<0.01);生活质量改善,表现为Karnofsky评分及体质量均有提高(P均<0.05);血液学毒性(主要为白细胞)明显减轻(P<0.05)。结论莱利康颗粒用于治疗中晚期肺癌气虚证,可以改善临床收益疗效,提高生活质量,增加化疗疗效和减轻其血液学毒性。

Objective It is to observe the assistant therapy action of Lailikang grain on lung cancer in intermediate and advanced stage. Methods Seventy Qi deficient patients with lung cancer in intermediate and advanced stage were randomly divided into combine group （ n = 38） and control group （ n = 32）. The patients in combine group were treated with chemotherapy and Lailikang grain. The patients in control group were treated with chemotherapy only. Results Compared with control group, the symptoms of Qi deficiency and effective power in combine group were improved （P〈 0.01 ）, the quality of life was improved （P 〈 0.05）, and the toxicity of blood was decreased （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Lailikang grain may be used for treating Qi deficient of lung cancer in intermediate and advanced stage, It may improve clinical proceeds curative effect, heighten the quality of life, increase chemotherapeutic effect and lighten the blood toxicity.
