摘要
稻粒黑粉病菌冬孢子,在室内干燥条件下贮存3年左右即丧失活力。度过休眠期的冬孢子在适宜条件下,则可萌发。冬孢子萌发的适宜温度为25—30℃,水层厚度小于0.5mm较为适合。荧光、紫外光或散射光处理均可促进萌发,光照强度以60001x为宜。每天光照10—12h,5天后冬孢子大量萌发,先连续黑暗水培3—4天,再间歇光照3天,也可大量萌发。25—200ppm赤霉素对其萌发具有一定的刺激作用。供试的几种营养物对其萌发没有促进作用。
The chlamydospores of rice kernel smut lost germinating power, when they were stored under indoor dry condition for three years. But they could germinate under suitable conditions after passing rest stage. The optimum temperature for the germination is 25 - 30℃. Less than 0. 5mm depth of water layer for keeping is more suitable for their germination. Diffusion light or fluorescent light or ultraviolet light may stimulate the germination. Light intensity of about 6000 lx is suitable. Large numbers will germinate after continous 5 days of 10-12h light illumination per day,or after 6 - 7 days, in darkness for first 3 - 4 days then under light illumination 10- 12h per day for later 3 days. Gibberellin concentrations of 25 -200ppm had effectively stimulating the germination. Some supplement nutrients used in tests didn't express effect on the germination.
