摘要
康德以二元论立场,通过对科学知识根据的追问,在知识与价值、理论与实践之间架起了一座桥梁。康德哲学的魅力在于他对“过程”的分析。怀特海沿着康德的路线,从知识论走向本体论,他把事件看作世界的终极实在,展示了一个充满生机与活力的世界。创造性原则是怀特海有机宇宙的最高原则,他的创造性与孔子的生生之仁有内在的一致。怀特海的宇宙论和孔子的伦理学对“过程”的阐发为当代教育提供了理论基础。
Kant builds a bridge between scientific knowledge and value by inquiring the foundation of scientific knowledge on the standpoint of dualism. Kant's analysis of "process" guides Whitehead's thoughts. Whitehead transcends Kant's epistemology to ontology. Events are the ultimate reality in Whitehead's Metaphysics. Crea- tivity is the first principle in his living world. Whitehead's creativity is identical with Confucius'Ren. The elucidation of "process" in Whitehead's Metaphysics and Confucius'ethics is the foundation of contemporary education.
