河北人文精神的内涵 人文精神是历史的产物，所以，只有与一定历史时代、历史条件相对应的人文精神，而没有超历史、超时代的人文精神。对于“河北人文精神”我们似可这样表述：河北人文精神，即在以今河北为中心的古燕赵大地上形成并发展的，由优秀传统燕赵文化积淀、孕育而成的内化于燕赵人的物质、精神活动中的对客观世界的价值判断与价值取向。具体说来，主要表现为以下几个方面：
