Non-surgical Embryo Collection and Transfer in Dairy Goats

将蘸有２％盐酸丁卡因溶液的纱布块填塞在奶山羊子宫颈外口处松弛子宫颈，用自制的采胚管和移胚管进行非手术采胚和移胚。８只超排羊中有６只采出胚胎，采胚成功率为７５％（６／８），采胚率为３５．８（２４／６７），头均采胚４．００±３．４１枚（１～１０）。非手术移植２只受体羊，有１只怀孕。

Cervices of dairy goats were relaxed by inserting a piece of gauze dippedwith Dicaine Hydrochloride solution onto the outer mouths of the cervices,Embryos ofthe dairy goats were collected and transferred non-surgically with hand-made embryocollection catheters and embryo transfer catheters.Twenty-four embryos were receivedfrom 6 of the 8 superovulated goats with a success rate of 75%(6/8).The collection rateWas 35.8%(24/67)and the averaage per head was 4.00±3.14. One of the 2 goats thathad accepted the non-surgical embryo transfer becan1e pregnant.
