Comparative Study on the Content of Caffeotannic Acid in Lonicera Confusa DC at Different Place of Production

目的:比较不同产地山银花药材中有效成分绿原酸的含量;方法:高效液相色谱法和化学分析法。结果:不同产地山银花药材中有效成分绿原酸的含量相差悬殊,从高到低依次为湖南省隆回县>贵州省铜仁县>重庆市秀山县>四川省中江县>广西省桂林市>广东省连县>江西省萍乡市。结论:湖南省隆回县所产山银花药材的有效成分绿原酸的含量最高,内在质量最佳,湖南省邵阳地区为山银花药材的道地产区。

Objective ： To compare the content of caffeotannic acid in lonicera confusa DC at different place of production. Method： to adopt the HPLC and chemical analysis method. Result： the content had a distinct difference in different place of production. From high to low： Longhui country Hunan province 〉 Tongren country Guizhou province 〉 Xiushan country Chongqin province 〉 Zhongjiang country Sichuan province 〉 Gulling city Guangxi province 〉 Lian country Guangdong province 〉 Ping：dang city Jiangxi province. Conclusion： the content of caffeotannic acid is the highest in lonicera confusa DC produced in Longhui country Hunan province, quality also is the best, so the Shaoyang region Hunan province is the genuine place of production of the lonicera confusa DC.
