摘要
目的:建立天马颗粒的质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱法对天马颗粒的主要成份马钱子、延胡索、黄芪进行定性鉴别;用高效液相色谱法测定士的宁的含量。结果:薄层色谱中均能明显鉴别出马钱子、延胡索、黄芪成份;士的宁进样量在0.1286μg^0.6340μg范围内具有良好的线性关系(r=0.9997),平均回收率为96.25%,RSD=0.56(n=5)。结论:本方法可快速、准确、简便地对天马颗粒进行定性、定量检测,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
Objective: To establish the quality standard for the Tianma granules. Method : TCL was used to qualitative differentiate the main ingredients of Tianma granules, vomic- nut, corydalis, radix astragali; HPLC was used to determine the content of strychnine. Result: the TLC can obvious differentiate the three main ingredients; the strychnine showed a good linearity at the range of 0. 1286μg -0.6340μg(r =0.9997), the average recovery was 98.25%, RSD =0.56(n =5). Conclusion: the method is quick, accurate and simple, can be used as the quality standard for the drug.
