对我国乡镇企业规模的思考

Reflections on the Scale of Township Enterprises in China

指出了我国乡镇企业规模目前具有小企业所占比重大、经营单一、稳定性差和联合经营少的特点。分析了其制约因素是“土壤贫瘠”，营养不良；管理水平低，有序性差；职工素质低；乡镇企业的特性和资金极缺。提出了扩大乡镇企业规模的两大途径：一是与大中型企业建立系列化体制；二是组织和发展工业园区。

Adverse characteristics of township enterprises in China are investigat-ed,such as high proportion of small enterprises,monoculture, poor stability and less co-operative management.The limitations to the scale of the township enterprises are asfollows:poor foundation,low level of management,disorder of development,low qualityof workers and lack of funds.Two ways that could expand the scale of township enter-prises are presented,i.e.to build series of systems with large-middle enterprises and toopen up industrial parks.
