摘要
《吕氏春秋·上农》等四篇论文，通过行政制约、技术督导、知识传授等手段，构筑了古代农业管理的基本模式；形成了以重农、三才思想为核心的农业管理思想体系；体现了以任地、贵志为宗旨的农业管理目标。吕书是我国古代农业管理的经典性著作之一。
The basic patterns of ancient agricultural management in Shangnong,Lshi Chunqiu were established by ways of administrative constraits,technical supervi-sion and knowledge impartation,which constitutes the ideological system of agriculturalmanagement with special emphasis on farming and the combination of man and his envi-ronment,and manifests the objectives of agriculttiral management aiming at obtainingmaxinium yield,good farmers and social stability.This book is one of the classics on a-gricultural management in annwient China.
