摘要
解决了以51单片机为核心架构的条形码自动生成控制系统中的汉字打印实现方案。该系统通过串口扩展进行棉花参数的数据采集,然后控制系统再通过串口使用PPLB语言指令驱动条码打印机,实现条码的自动生成。在实际产品应用中表明,该系统电路结构简单,功耗小,成本低, 打码迅速,字迹清晰,稳定可靠。
The Hanzi font printing problem in the barcode auto-making system is solved based on single-chip micro-controller. The system collects cotton information data by means of extended RS232 ports and sends PPLB language commands to the barcode printer to finish the barcode-making task. Actual production application showed that the system has such important characteristics as simple circuit structure, fewer power consumption, little cost, and stable and fast performances etc.
