摘要
利用透射电镜对鳜咽部味蕾突触区域研究的结果表明：鳜味蕾的明细胞、暗细胞及基底细胞与神经末梢之间有着大量的突触分布；鳜味觉感受器中的突触的形态具有化学突触的结构特征；明、暗细胞皆具感觉机能。
The fine structure of the taste organ in Sinipeca chuatsi was studied by electron microscopy. The results showed that there was synaptic contact between gustatory cells and nerve endings;the synapses of taste organ of Sinipeca chuatsi had the structural characteristics of chemical synapse. Both dark cells and light cells have sensory function.
