摘要 对密闭罩内的湍流气-固两相流动进行了数值模拟。将气相作为连续介质,采用标准的k-ε双方程模型,并用SIMPLE算法对流场进行数值模拟;将固相作为离散相体系,采用离散相模型(DPM)的非偶合法追踪颗粒运动轨迹。通过对颗粒运动轨迹的分析,对该吸尘装置提出了改进措施,并进行了工业性试验,实际效果良好。 A mathematical model for the gas-solid two phase flow in closeness cover hashen developed in this paper. The staadard turbulent model and SIMPLE model of gas phase and the Discrete Phase Model(DPM) for particle motion were used to describe the two phase flow.By analysing the tracks of particles,improvement measures of dust collecting device are presented which have good actual service effectiveness proved by industrial experiments.
