摘要
对我国８家饲料厂生产的１０种鳗鱼配合饲料中的粗蛋白（ＣＰ）和必需氨基酸（ＥＡＡ）进行了测定。结果为每１００ｇ鳗料中ＣＰ和ＥＡＡ的含量（％）成鳗料分别为（４６．７０±１．６７）、（２０．３０±０．６９），幼鳗料分别为（４７．１７±１．０１）、（２０．４７±０．４７），仔鳗料分别为（５１．１０±０．１９）、（２２．２４±０．００）。方差分析表明，国产成鳗、幼鳗和仔鳗料中ＣＰ含量差异极显著（Ｐ＜０．０１），而ＥＡＡ含量差异不显著（Ｐ＞０．０５）。并且对国产鳗鱼饲料测定结果与有关指标进行了比较和讨论。
Ten kinds of eel feeds manufactured by eight factoris in our country were examined for their contents of crude protein(CP)and essential amino acid(EAA).The results showed CP contents per 100 g of adult ,fingerling and fry were(46.70±1.76),(47.17±1. 01)and(51.10± 0.19)respectively,and EAA contents per 100 g of adult,fingerling and fry were(20.30±0.69),(20.47±0.47)and(22.24±0.00)separately. Variance analysis indicated that the CP contents among adult,fingerling and fry feeds difference were very significant(P<0.01).Whereas the contents of EAA had no significant difference(P>0.05).The Chinese made eel feeds and their relative indices were also compared and discussed.
