摘要
对我国8家饲料厂生产的10种鳗鱼配合饲料中的粗蛋白(CP)和必需氨基酸(EAA)进行了测定。结果为每100g鳗料中CP和EAA的含量(%)成鳗料分别为(46.70±1.67)、(20.30±0.69),幼鳗料分别为(47.17±1.01)、(20.47±0.47),仔鳗料分别为(51.10±0.19)、(22.24±0.00)。方差分析表明,国产成鳗、幼鳗和仔鳗料中CP含量差异极显著(P<0.01),而EAA含量差异不显著(P>0.05)。并且对国产鳗鱼饲料测定结果与有关指标进行了比较和讨论。
Ten kinds of eel feeds manufactured by eight factoris in our country were examined for their contents of crude protein(CP)and essential amino acid(EAA).The results showed CP contents per 100 g of adult ,fingerling and fry were(46.70±1.76),(47.17±1. 01)and(51.10± 0.19)respectively,and EAA contents per 100 g of adult,fingerling and fry were(20.30±0.69),(20.47±0.47)and(22.24±0.00)separately. Variance analysis indicated that the CP contents among adult,fingerling and fry feeds difference were very significant(P<0.01).Whereas the contents of EAA had no significant difference(P>0.05).The Chinese made eel feeds and their relative indices were also compared and discussed.
