银杏内酯对局灶性脑缺血大鼠血液流变性和生化指标的影响 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨银杏内酯对局灶性脑缺血大鼠血液流变性和生化指标影响。方法阻断大鼠大脑中动脉造成局灶性脑缺血模型,研究银杏内酯对大鼠血液流变性、超氧化物歧化酶、丙二醛、血栓素B2和6-酮-前列腺素F1a等指标的影响。结果银杏内酯能明显降低模型大鼠血液黏度,能提高超氧化物歧化酶活性,降低丙二醛含量,能降低TXB2含量及升高6-Keto-PGF1a含量。结论银杏内酯能改善模型大鼠血液流变性和生化指标,具有抗局灶性脑缺血的作用。 OBJECTIVE To determine the effects of ginkgolides on hemorrheology and biochemisty of focal cerebral ischemic models in rats. METHODS Focal cerebral ischemics model was induced by blocking middle cerebral artery of rats. The effects of ginkgolides on hemorrheology, SOD, MDA, TXB2 and 6-Keto-PGF1a were evaluated and ana lyzed. RESULTS Ginkgolides could reduce the blood viscosity of the model. Ginkgolides decreased MDA and TXB2 levels, and increased SOD activity and the level of 6-keto-PGF1a. CONCLUSIONS Ginkgolides have protective effects on focal cerebral ischemia by improving the indexes of hemorrheology and biochemistry in rats.
