摘要
目的检测十味玉泉胶囊中添加的格列苯脲。方法采用TLC法和HPLC法。结果供试品中检出了格列苯脲。结论本方法简便、准确,为揭露在中成药中擅自添加化学药成分的违法行为提供实验依据。
OBJECTIVE To exam the glibenclamide added in Shiwei Yuquan capsule. METHODS TLC and HPLC were used. RESULTS Glibenclamide was detected in Shiwei Yuquan capsule. CONCLUSIONS The method was proved simple, accurate, specific and it offered evidence for medicines added lawlessly in Chinese traditional patent medicines.
