摘要
采用正交实验法考察不同因素和水平对山楂多糖提取率的影响,分别得出水浴浸提和超声提取的最佳工艺条件。
Different factors and levels were investigated by orthogonal design with the yield of polysaccharides in hawthom. The optimum extraction process by hot water bath extraction method and by ultrasonic method was achieved respectively.
