铜绿假单胞菌对亚胺培南耐药性的动态变化特征及分析 被引量:17

摘要 目的:分析我院2000年1月~2005年6月铜绿假单胞菌对亚胺培南耐药性的变迁,为临床合理选用抗菌药物提供参考。方法:采用K-B纸片扩散法对临床分离的158株铜绿假单胞菌亚胺培南耐药株进行抗菌药物敏感性测定,并进行统计分析。结果:对铜绿假单胞菌亚胺培南耐药菌株保持较强抗菌活性且耐药率小于35%的抗菌药物有美罗培南、阿米卡星、头孢他啶。结论:铜绿假单胞菌亚胺培南耐药菌株对常用抗菌药物耐药性更强,多重耐药现象十分严重,合理运用抗菌药物可控制和减缓细菌耐药性的增长。 OBJECTIVE: To investigate the change in drug resistance of pseudomonas aeruginosa to imipenem bewteen Jan.2000 and Jun .2005 in the hospital where the authors work in order to provide the reference for rational choice of antibacterials in clinic.METHODS: 158 strains of imipenem resistant pseudomonas aeruginousa had been isolated in clinic and their drug sensitivity to antibacterials was tested by KB slip diffusion method and analyzed statistically.RESULTS: Meropenem, amikacin, and ceftazidime were among the antibacterials that kept high antibacterial activity and had resistance rates less than 35% included.CONCLUSIONS: Imipenem resistant pseudomonas aeruginosa strain has stronger resistance to commonly used antibacterials and its muhidrug resistance is more severe.Rational use of antibacterials can help to control and lessen the drug resistance of bacteria.
