患者用药依从性及其影响因素分析

Analysis on Patients’Compliance and Its Influential Factors

目的:研究提高患者用药依从性的措施。方法:采用问卷调查与访谈相结合的方式,对武汉市某医院136例患者进行调查。结果:不同性别、年龄、文化水平、收入的患者,其用药依从性均无显著性差异;用药主动性、用药观念、用药习惯、用药知识等不同的患者,其用药依从性有显著性差异。结论:建议采用IMB模式,从外部信息、内部动机、行为技能等方面多角度思考,从而提高患者的用药依从性。

OBJECTIVE： To study the measures to improve the patients＇ compliance.METHODS： An investigation was carried out in 136 patients in a given hospital in Wuhan in the way of questionnaire and interview.RESULTS： There was no significant difference in compliance among the patients with different sex,age,education background and income,but there were significant differences among the patients with different initiatives, USION：It is suggested that IMB model should be adopted to improve tion,internal motivation, and behavioral skills. conceptions, habits, and knowledge of drug use. CONCLUSION：It is suggested that IMB model should be adopted to improve patients＇ compliance in the respect of external information, internal motivation, and behavioral skills.
