摘要 目的探讨基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP9)和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在肝细胞性肝癌(HCC)血管生成中的相互作用。方法对30例肝细胞性肝癌根治性切除病理组织切片进行苏木精-伊红染色,并用CD105,VEGF,MMP9进行免疫组化染色,计数被CD105抗体染色的肿瘤血管内皮细胞数,以测定微血管密度。对微血管密度与VEGF、MMP9的关系进行分析。结果MMP9、VEGF表达都呈阳性的肝癌组织微血管密度高于MMP9和VEGF单阳性的组织。结论MMP9、VEGF在肝癌微血管生成中具有协同作用。 Objective To study the relationship between MMP9 and VEGF in angiogenesis of HCC. Methods: Pathological sections of 30 eases underwent radical surgery for HCC were evaluated after HE staining and CDI05, VEGF, MMP9 monoclonal antibody immunohistochemical staining. The numbers of endothelia cell stained by CDI05 were counted. The relationship among MVD and VEGF, MMP9 was evaluated, Results The MVD of HCCs was positive for both VEGF and MMP9, and it was higher than the MVD of HCCs were positive for VEGF or MMP9. Conclusions MMP9 and VEGF were cooperated in angiogenesis of HCC.
