摘要
全自动检测能使人工干预减少到最低程度,从而明显地提高检测速度。当摄象机摄取一幅细胞的模拟图象并被转换成其一幅的数字图象,该幅数字图象再经过阴影消除、二值化和边缘检测等几个预处理步骤时,细胞的边缘就能被显示出来,边缘上所有象素的坐标也就能被本文所介绍的方法进行检索。根据上述几个处理步骤,就能获得诸如面积、周长、长(短)轴、形状因子等细胞的形态参数。
Full automated detection minimizes manual involvement and improves speed of detection obviously. When an analog image of the cells is taken by camera and converted into a digital image of them, which then goes through several preprocessing procedures, such as shadow eliminating, thresholding and edge detecting, the edges of the colls can bo displayed and the coordinates of all pixels of the edges are retrieved with the method introduced in this paper. The morphological parameters of the colls, such as area, perimeter, major(minor) axis and shape factor, are obtained on the basis of above several processing procedures.
