The Moderate Intervention of the Government within the Socialist Market Economy and the Construction of Economic Order

自亚当.斯密为代表的古典经济学诞生以来,政府在经济运行中应当充当什么角色,政府和市场之间应当怎样分工,一直是经济学家和管理者共同关心的话题。在我国社会主义经济建设时期,政府同样面对着如何干预经济,其必要性和方式又将如何的问题。文章总结了中外经济思想的发展演变过程,在对其特点进行了比较分析的基础上,针对我国社会主义市场经济建设特点,探讨了适合我国国情的政府适度干预机制。

Since the birth of Classic economy, represented by Adam^＊ Smith, economists and managers have been concerned with the issues such as the role of the government in economic operation, and the division of labor between the government and the market. In the construction of socialist economy, the government is still faced with questions like how to intervene economics, and what is the necessity and what is the way. This article summarizes the development of economic ideas domestically and abroad, analyzes the characteristics, and tries to construct a moderate intervention system according to the situation of our country and based on the characteristics in the construction of market economy.
