人力资本培训中所面临的道德风险和成本分担模型分析 被引量：3

摘要 本文分析了企业在人力资本投资,特别是在职培训过程中所面临的道德风险问题。通过对一般性培训和特殊性培训的收益———成本模型的定性分析,运用“激励相容”原理提出了为规避道德风险采用企业与员工的培训成本分担原则。
