摘要
目前国内的各类学前教育机构急需男性教师,但男生又多半都不愿报考学前教育专业,即便是已经就读于学前教育专业的男生也由于受传统性别观念的影响而面临着沉重的压力,从而阻碍了自身的专业发展。本研究采用质的研究方法,尝试着对男生的性别压力状况进行分析研究,希望能有益于现实问题的解决。
At the present time, preschool education organizations need male teachers urgently. But many male students aren't willing to register in preschool education, and the students who have already studied in the major are facing huge gender pressures. This article uses the method of qualitative research to analysis the pressures of these male students, hoping to help resolve the realistic problem.
