The establishment about our test system of qulification as judicial profession is important significance to advance our legal professional group＇s quality and promote the process of their professionization. But through the analyzation of relation about the test system of qulification as judicial profession and judicial system and higher education of law, our desigation of tile test system of qulification as judicial profession has obvious flaw. Therefor, it is very essential to learn useful experience from forcign countries and consummate our test system of qulification as judicial profusion continually.
