摘要
贿赂犯罪的特征决定其具有可防性,综合运用法律政策资源,就可以构建起相应的预防体系。贿赂犯罪预防要从分散状态到集中管理、从初级形式到系统全面、从部门预防向杜会预防的转变,同时,要坚持制度创新,取得预防的综合功效。
The characters of the crime of bribe decide its prevention. If the resuources of law and policy are properly used, the system of the prevention can be constitued corrsepondently. The management of the prevention should be changed from the dispersed state to the centralized state, from the primary ro the competed form, from department＇s prevention to society＇s prevention. The systemic innovation must be persisted to gain the comprehensive effect.
