应用改进的针刀结合自体脂肪注射行面部整形美容

Application in plastic surgery of improve keedle scapel combined with autologous fat injection

目的:寻找一种微创矫正面部皱纹和凹陷的方法。方法:对常用小针刀进行改进,应用改进的针刀切断真皮与表情肌之间的纤维连接或将皮下组织与深层的粘连切断,对一些病人需将皱眉肌作适当切断,将准备好的自体脂肪注射入分离好的腔隙或肌肉断端之间,应用此法矫正面部皱纹及凹陷共31例。结果:切口甲级愈合,无感染及皮肤坏死发生,随访1￣2年,外形满意,疗效持久。其中1例面部凹陷的女患者,注射的脂肪有部分吸收,半年后再次注射自体脂肪,最终效果满意。结论:改进的针刀结合自体脂肪注射治疗面部皱纹及凹陷是一种微创、效果持久的方法。

Objective To introduce a procedure with minimal invasion for treating the facial furrows or depressions. Methods The skin was elevated in subdermal plane for correction of facial furrows and in subcutaneous plane for correction of facial depressions with improved kneedle scapel. In some cases the corrugator muscles needed to be transected. Then autologous fat was injected into the capsule or the gap formed by above mentioned procedure. 31 patients with facial furrows or depressions underwent such procedure since 2002. Results Wounds healed primarily without infection and skin necrosis.After 1-2 years′follow- up satisfactory outlines and lasting results were achived.1 case with facial depression was treated with autologous fat injection again half a year after the first operation because of partial resorption of the fat. The final result was satisfactory . Conclusion The improved kneedle scapel combined with injection of autologous fat is a minially invasive technique that provides excellent and lasting cosmetic results for treatment of facial furrows or depressions .
