岛状眼轮匝肌皮瓣修复下睑外翻畸形

Repair method of lower eyelid ectropion with island musculo-cutaneous flap of orbicularis oculi

目的:介绍一种修复下睑外翻畸形的简单有效的方法。方法:采用以皮下眼轮匝肌为蒂的岛状皮瓣修复中、重度下睑外翻畸形10例,其中2例曾行植皮术,效果不佳。结果:10例病人下睑外翻畸形被完全矫正,皮瓣肤色与质地正常,供瓣区瘢痕不明显,随访半年～2年,效果满意。结论:该方法设计简单灵活,操作容易,供、受区瘢痕不明显,具有临床推广的价值。

Objective To present a simple and effective surgery technique of repairing lower eyelid ectropion. Methods Ten deformed patients with medium or severe lower eyelid ectropion ,including two patients having no obvious therapeutic effect after treated with skin grafting, were repaired with island musculo-cutaneous flap of orbicularis oculi. Results All the patients were rectified. The colour and the texture of skin flap was normal and where provided skin flap had no obvious scar. Satisfactory therapeutic effect has been seen in two-year follow-up. Conclusion A agile and facile operation is designed in this treatment. Scars of providing and receiving area are not obvious. Therefore, it should be extensively used.
