毛细支气管炎患儿血清半胱氨酰白三烯测定的临床意义 被引量:35

摘要 目的了解毛细支气管炎(毛支)患儿血清中半胱氨酰白三烯(CysLTs)水平与其发病机制的关系,以探讨降低毛细支气管炎发展为哮喘的新途径。方法对86例临床诊断为毛支患儿抽血进行病原学检测,并测定其血清CysLTs水平,30例正常儿童为对照组。结果毛细支气管炎患儿血清CysLTs水平明显高于健康对照组(t=8.85,P<0.01);不同病毒组之间的毛支患儿血清CysLTs水平差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论毛支患儿血清CysLTs水平明显升高,与哮喘有相似之处,提示CysLTs在毛支发病中有不可忽视的作用;白三烯受体拮抗剂可望成为防止毛支演变为哮喘的非甾体抗炎药物,从新的途径降低哮喘发病。 Objective To determine the relationship between the serum cysteinyl leukotrenes (CysLTs) in children with bronchiolitis and the pathogenesis of this disease. Methods The serum CysLTs in 86 children with confirmed diagnosis of bronchiolitis was detected with enzyme-linked immunosorbert assays (ELISA), and 30 healthy children served as controls. Results The serum CysLTs level in patients with bronchiolitis was significantly higher than that in controls (P〈0.01) . But there were no significant differences in serum CysLTs level among different viral infection groups (P〉0.05) . Conclusions The serum CysLTs level in children with bronchiolitis is higher than that in healthy children, which is similar to those with asthma. Leukotriene receptor antagonist may be a new drug for preventing bronchiolitis from evolving into asthma.
