摘要
目的了解首发且未服药的Ⅰ型与Ⅱ型精神分裂症患者免疫球蛋白及补体成份与正常人是否存在差异,并探讨其原因。方法用免疫透射比浊法测定精神分裂症患者及健康者血清中免疫球蛋白及补体成份的含量,并相互比较。结果Ⅱ型精神分裂症患者IgA、IgG、IgM、C4显著高于正常人(P<0.01或P<0.05),Ⅰ型精神分裂症患者IgG、C4显著高于正常人(P<0.01),IgM显著低于正常人(P<0.01)。Ⅱ型精神分裂症患者IgM显著高于Ⅰ型精神分裂症患者(P<0.01)。结论精神分裂症患者存在免疫学异常,这种免疫学异常可能与不同的临床亚型及预后有关。
Objective To study whether there were differences of molecular immunology between type Ⅰ and type Ⅱ schizophrenia and explore the underlying factors. Methods Immuneturbidimetry was used to examine the IgA, IgG, IgM, C3 and CA in serum of schizophrenia and compared them with those of normal controls. Results The IgA, IgC, IgM and CA in type Ⅱ schizophrenia and IgC, C4 in the type Ⅰ were significantly higher than those in the normal controls; but IgM in the type Ⅰ was significantly lower . Conclusion Schizophrenia has immunology dysfunction which might be related to its clinical subtypes and its prognosis .
