CT诊断腮腺区肿块的临床价值

目的评价计算机体层摄影(CT)在腮腺区肿块诊断及鉴别诊断中的价值。方法通过观察46例腮腺区肿块的CT表现及其术前诊断,并与病理诊断进行对照分析。结果46例患者中,慢性炎性肿块4例,良性肿瘤26例,恶性肿瘤16例。CT扫描对恶性肿块的敏感性、特异性、诊断符合率分别为87.50%、92.31%、90.48%,CT扫描对颈淋巴转移诊断符合率为81.25%。结论CT扫描对腮腺区肿块的定位、定性有重要价值,可以提高腮腺区恶性肿瘤的诊断符合率。

Objective To evaluate the value of CT in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of parotid neoplasm according to the clinical feature of 46 eases with parotid gland . Methods A retrospective analysis of the CT examinations with a histologically proven tumor of the parotid gland and comparison with pathologic findings was made. Results In 46 cases, there were 4 parotitis, 26 benign tumors , and 16malignant. In diagnosis of malignant pamtid tumors, the sensitivity, the specificity, and the accuracy of CT was 87.50%, 92.31%, 90.48%, respectively, the accuracy of CT in diagnosis of cervical lymph node metastasis is 81.25 %. Conclusion CT has significant value in localizing and qualifying diagnosis in parotid diseases, and can promote the accuracy diagnosis in malignant tumor of pamfid gland.
